Post-jam vibes + polish update coming

Hey, purkka here with some quick updates. The jam has ended, and I believe The Wolf in the Wardrobe ranked 11th overall (don't ask me how Unagi's spreadsheet works). I want to congratulate the overall winner, ErebusWulfe's Geiger, which is fantastic – definitely play it if you haven't already. There are so many other great submissions worth checking out as well; in particular, I'd like to shout out our sprite artist/musician PinkNarcissus's solo entry All There, which is a short read and absolutely sublime.

As for this game, a small polish update is planned to be released sometime pretty soon. I am currently enjoying the summer at a lakeside cabin and waiting for the stable version of Godot 4.5 to come out; though nobody has reported overwhelming technical issues, the jam version was made with a beta release, which is always kind of risky. We decided to not change the art assets any further, since they're honestly all pretty good already, but I do have a long list of wonky lines in the translation to look at and fix. The streams were super helpful in this regard – my thanks go to everyone who hosted and attended them.

So, if you haven't played our VN yet, it might be worth it to wait until the post-jam polish build is out. That is all. Hope everyone had a great MAY WOLF, whether you participated as a developer or as a reader!
